Virtual & In Person Tutoring Calendar

We understand that some students have tutoring emergencies outside of normal business hours. We make it easy for you to book your appointments online any time of day. We recommend working with your tutor once or twice a week, so scheduling a recurring appointment is essential for maintaining consistency.

In person tutoring: Get ready for your first tutoring appointment! On your first day, you should bring all your school materials – even if there is no homework. Your tutor will look at your school materials to better understand your needs. You can connect your school computer to our WIFI network, so bring that along too. If you are coming to our center for reading, please bring a book that you will enjoy. Don’t worry if you don’t have a book – we have a little library right in our office! Virtual tutoring: Once you have enrolled in a virtual session, we automatically create meeting links for you. The session is only 55 minutes, so it is important that you know how to use your computer and are ready with your school materials and assignments. Buddy sessions: Both students work with the same tutor at the same time, and both families get a discount! Buddy Sessions are available for all of our content areas and for all grade levels.
