Jessyca brings over 15 years of experience teaching math to students in grades 7 through 12. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Spelman College, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to help students succeed in even the most challenging math courses.

Jessyca tutors all levels of middle and high school math, from basic concepts to advanced topics like AP Calculus. She is passionate about helping students build confidence in their math abilities and believes every student can succeed with the right guidance and support.

Jessyca’s teaching philosophy is inspired by a quote from Clarence E. Hodges: “I have been the recipient of love and service, therefore I can love and serve. There is great satisfaction in service to others, in …seeing people and their conditions change.” This belief drives her dedication to making a positive impact on each of her students, both academically and personally.

When she’s not teaching or tutoring, Jessyca enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She loves creating delicious meals and finds joy in sharing her culinary creations with friends and family.
