Math & Science

Catherine is a dedicated educator and a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where she majored in chemistry with a concentration in education. She is available to help your child with all levels of physical science, chemistry, and physics, including AP courses. Catherine also tutors math for students taking Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Precalculus.

Catherine is inspired by her favorite chemist, Madame Curie, who said, “Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood.” This mantra guides her teaching philosophy, encouraging students to approach challenging subjects with curiosity and confidence.

Outside of her professional life, Catherine enjoys reading, playing video games, and painting. Whether she’s immersed in a captivating novel, exploring new worlds in video games, or creating art, Catherine finds joy in her hobbies. Her diverse interests and commitment to education make her a well-rounded and engaging tutor.
